Client Requirement:
Our client were a new fitness company called R1SE. They wanted to open a gym and separate coffee shop/restaurant in the town centre of Bournemouth.
Having moved into the premises in Bournemouth town centre, our client, R1SE wanted to convert the unit which previously housed an Italian restaurant into an upmarket and on trend gym and fitness club.
Work Included:
- SM:5 adapted the existing space to suit the new layout
- Installation of cutting edge fitness studios, gym areas, changing rooms and shower facilities.
- A range of structural and upgrades to the mechanical and electrical systems
- Installation of floor, wall and lighting finishes throughout
- Installation of a vast range of bespoke new furniture designed by SM5 to suit the space.
- Creation of ‘The Hangout’ a coffee shop/restaurant designed to be used by gym goers and town centre users.
- Installation of a commercial kitchen, bespoke joinery items, wall and floor finishes and an array of new furniture.
