Delighted that SM5 Developments have been appointed to carry out internal and external refurbishment works this summer at the University of Southampton's Glen Eyre Halls of Residence.
Our works includes communal area renovations to several blocks of accommodation, structural alteration works to form new entrances and refurbishment to several staff break out spaces, as well as a significant landscaping/road surfacing scheme.
We look forward to making a start in July!

We commence refurbishment works to the industrial unit on Monday 10th June. Our scope includes all new roof coverings and internal renovations
