SM5 Developments Ltd have been carrying out an extensive refurbishment works on behalf of the University of Southampton at their newest learning facility within Winchester Guildhall.
The project which will provide additional education space for the Winchester School of Art started in July and is set to handover ready for the returning students in October.
Our scope of works covers the strip out of the existing office space that were previously used by Winchester Council and the installation of all new mechanical & electrical services, new breakout classrooms, group learning spaces, an impressive audio-visual display, and all new architectural finishes.
We are once again delighted to have been asked to work with the University and look forward to sharing pictures of the scheme upon completion.
